Honey is Ready

I now have a limited amount of honey for sale . This year’s crop was about 40% of usual.
This is true raw honey from my backyard and hives in Cheshire and Williamstown MA. It went from the hive, to the extractor, through a stainless steel screen to filter and from the buckets right into the jars. It will naturally crystallize, but can be liquefied by warming slowly in a pan of water.

Here at Berkshire Farms Apiary we've been keeping bees and making honey since 2005, with hives in most of the surrounding towns. We also make pure beeswax candles, lip balm, and hand salve, as well as give presentations.
